May I ask for your help to configured yum.conf
proxy?so I can install some packages and dependencies from then Internet Connection.
Our Domain proxy server has a user authentication
(Note:Our Centos 6.3 Server is not connected
to our domain)

I am done with this configuration.

prox=http://proxy-iport#/
proxy_username=username
proxy_password=password


also with this one

proxy=http://proxyusernameassword@proxu-iport#/

all these i found in the Internet Tutorial,
But still cannot make a successful yum install

see errorL below.
Loading mirror speeds from cach hostfile
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirror list.centos.org
4&repo=os error was
14: PYSCURL ERROR 5 "Couldnt resolve proxy 'password@proxy_ip'"
Error:Cannot find a valid base url for repo:base

Is there anyone can help me on this problem,
