ccewrap in sendmail log

I often see the following ccewrap lines in my sendmail log but I don't know what they mean. I did a search on google before posting but couldn't find a clear definition of what these entries stand for. Is it evidence of a probe or a hack?

--------------------- Connections (secure-log) Begin ------------------------
Connections:
Service telnet:
127.0.0.1: 42 Time(s)
172.16.1.14: 3 Time(s)

**Unmatched Entries**
ccewrap[9851]: running (/usr/local/sbin/grab_logs.pl)
ccewrap[6490]: running (/usr/local/sbin/grab_logs.pl)
ccewrap[13332]: running (/usr/local/sbin/grab_logs.pl)
ccewrap[17279]: running (/usr/local/sbin/grab_logs.pl)
ccewrap[26201]: running (/usr/local/sbin/grab_logs.pl)

---------------------- Connections (secure-log) End -------------------------
