Can't send mails from Linux Server to Windows200 Server...plz help me out.....

I have succesfully installed Postfix mail server in my linux machine(using RHEL 5) but unable to communicate through mails from my linux machine to my windows machine(Windows2003 server).
What are the possible configuration steps that i need to configure on my windows machine.....can anyone plzzz help me out.....

what is the purpose of the windows server??
relay??
if yes you need a correct value for the relayhost directive in main.cf
