Cannot access local folder but I can through samba
I'm a newbie when it comes to Samba but oddly enough I can access a Samba share via a networked client (windows/linux etc) but I cannot access the folder as the same account when logged in via SSH. I thought local perms were easier than Samba.
FC6 is the distro.
Samba is setup with ADS and KRB5. Authentication works as I can log in as root with local passwd or with my AD account with my AD passwd. The folder is called projects and it's under the home directory. (/home/projects). Root can access this folder naturally and if I chown to my account, then I can access it. The home folder and all sub folders are rxw for a group called 'test' which I am a member of. I even ran "setfacl -m g:"DOMAIN+YourGroup":rwx /home" with the proper AD group and domain, and that doesn't help. I'm certainly missing a crucial step. Thanks in advance.
