can LDAP server on linux authenticate win xp clients

i want to use an open ldap server on rhel to authenticate win xp users on a domain. is it possible? plz give me some link.

thanx in advance
two method,
1. samba + openldap (This method is most recommended way, but a bit troublesome)
2. openldap +pgina (This method only support authentication, and it is very limited)
