Can I benefit from Webmin after installing other server software like a lamp/lemp stack?

I will be using Debian or Ubuntu.

Better off using the command line I think. For server use unless it is absolutely necessary you are better off sticking to the distros repos. Avoid ppas and non official repos wherever possible is my thinking.
