Bootable LAMP Stack? Which Distro?

I'm looking for a live CD/DVD that runs Apache and MySQL when it boots up. Does such a distro exist? (Apache is preferred but lighttpd is probably good enough for my purposes.) Is it a good idea to try customizing (K)Ubuntu, Knoppix, DreamLinux, or some other distro or would this be too much of a pain? Thanks!
