block username@hostname outgoing senders in EXIM

Hello

I have centos with cPanel and EXIM . I have this outgoing email

2012-01-26 04:07:54 1RqJR3-000Eot-W3 <= centro@trix03.com.ar U=centro P=local S=55972 T="Your Order#86862 has been completed"
2012-01-26 04:07:54 cwd=/var/spool/exim 3 args: /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1RqJR3-000Eot-W3
2012-01-26 04:07:54 1RqJR3-000Eot-W3 ** info@fmsmedikal.com R=checkspam2: Domain centro.com.ar has exceeded the max emails per hour (50) allowed. Message discarded.
2012-01-26 04:07:54 cwd=/var/spool/exim 7 args: /usr/sbin/exim -t -oem -oi -f <> -E1RqJR3-000Eot-W3
2012-01-26 04:07:54 1RqJR4-000Ep0-1F <= <> R=1RqJR3-000Eot-W3 U=mailnull P=local S=784 T="Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"
2012-01-26 04:07:54 1RqJR3-000Eot-W3 Completed

The user centro.com.ar is sending email to info@fmsmedikal.com .
centro.com.ar is sending as centro@trix03.com.ar ,where centro is his username and trix03.com.ar is the server hostname .

I would block in exim.conf email like this, in other words I would block (using exim.conf) all email sent from my server using username@hostname , how to do that please ?

Thank you!

Same problem here.. A nearby server who is permitted to relay, uses a default email address when someone spams from it. I'd like to block the one email address even though the server IP is permitted to relay.
