Bind Question

I have looked around a bit, but cannot seem to find what I am looking for. If possible, I would like to redirect a local user to another site(probably the intranet homepage) when they try to go to a specific site.

We have an issue with certain users spending too much time and bandwidth on MySpace and Facebook throughout the day. I am running Bind BIND 9.5.1-P1 on a Debian machine.

Is this possible without using a proxy?

You can setup views, put those users in a specific ACL and use a view for that ACL to fake the domains you want. Read this howto to see how to configure bind.
