bin/withlist arguments


hello everyone,
I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything related to this script. i know just one usage for withlist script (fix_url)
but i would like to know how many other arguments there are, and how to use them.
a link for a guide will be much appreciated, thanks

I have used it to fix urls as well but thats about it. Here is a page that at least has a couple examples in a manpage sort of format.
