Bugzialla. http://www.bugzilla.org/. Read and follow the installation and configuration instructions, have MySQL or PostgreSQL installed and running.

Hope this helps some.

Hi,

I tried my hands on OTRS and found in pretty good. Though I have never used it in production, but one of my juniors has implemented it in production environment for a small company.

Using osTicket.com here, it's lightweight and does the job for us.

I am not sure whether OTRS sends an email or not, but even if it does a mailserver can be created, this should not be a problem.
OR are you pointing to a particular issue or have something else in mind.
