Best filesystem for server holding big partition

Hello!

I have to set up a server providing a smb share with about 80TB storage for a picture archive.

I will have to use SLES as we have contracts with them.

What would be the best filesystem to choose ?

filesystemcheck
snapshots
lvm or one big partition

ext4 or btfs and GPT
or
the default LVM

seeing as this IS SUSE Enterprise Linux Server
you have a paid for support contract

talk with the tech support you are paying for

someone here which has as system in use ?
Maybe sles11/12 with btrfs ?
