Smile Bad gateway - error


Dear all,

Iam running a java application in my server and it was running fine and yesterday when u accessed my server i got the below error
bad gateway the proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server and can u suggest me abt the error and i searched in google but i was not able to get the clear answer why i got the bad gateway error though apache,tomcat service is working.

Again, as we've asked you numerous times, SPELL OUT YOUR WORDS. And there's no way we can answer your question, since you provide no useful details. All you've told us is you've got some 'java application' that's now getting a network error.

Diagnose the problem as you would with ANY network issue. Try to ping the remote server. If you can't, then check your routers/switches/etc., until you CAN get a route to the server. If the remote server is yours, check the service(s) on it. If this WAS working, and now it ISN'T, then (quite obviously), SOMETHING changed.
