Authenticate Ubuntu Samba against Windows AD

Hi - I recently joined Ubuntu server to the Windows domain, Samba is set up and configured on this server. I can access Samba shares using linux account but can't access any samba shares with Windows AD accounts. Below is my smb.conf file

[files]
comment = files for sharing
path = /shared/files/
writable = yes
browsable = yes
valid users = ubuntuUser, domainName\domainUser
force create mode = 0660
create mask = 0777
directory mask = 0777
force directory mode = 0770

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Could you post the relevant or the smb/nmb logs (the portion dealing with a windows client failing to connect to the Samba host would be 'relevant')
