apache working but sites "white page"
Good Morning,
i have problem with my server "VPS"
Apache is okay but sites .. not working just html pages ! no more

You don't give much details, but I guess you use php apart from html, so the above means that you get a blank (white) page when you access non-html pages.
If that's the case, then this is usually due to php problems. You can take a look at apache error_log to see if you find the reason why php is not working.

apache 2.2.23
it's not 1 site .. it's whole sites
error log & apache error log
no thing useful ..
syntax is ok btw

So it's php that it's not parsed.
There should be some errors logged in apache error_log, but you can also tell php to show errors, using
Code:
display_errors = On
in php.ini and restarting apache.

open_basedir  .. was the problem
now i have a big problem
memory reading in vps 99% never change
also in all vps in node
i try to create new vps by default template but it's also 99% after rebuild
is it maybe hardware problem ?

Doh, check with top and other commands to see what is eating so much memory.

server is empty  just in server status in cpanel
but from SSH used 0 fre 6 GB Ram
