Forgive me if I've placed this in the wrong forum.
I'm not an avid linux user, so I try to learn things as I need them. We use OpenSuSe 11.2 and I've built a bunch of internal websites using <VirtualHost> and am running into a problem with the OTRS web interface and the way it references it's images.
In the faq portion of the program I've got my users going to faq.mydomain.local/public.pl
which works just fine. The problem I run into is that if there is an image on the screen it isn't appearing. The images are being referenced by http://support.mydomain.local/images/faqimage.jpg
Since I've got limited experience with this, I'm used to allowing basic things through the DocumentRoot directive and allowing things through the file structure.
The <Directory> and <File> seem to be similar in nature as to how you allow items through the directories.
I'm at a loss currently. Can somebody kindly explain how I can allow the images to be referenced through the URL?
Thanks in advance.
