apache + php suexec

Hello,

I am trying to setup a webserver (I don't want to go for control panels like cpanel , plesk etc.,) and want suexec running on the server . I want php scripts to run under their own usernames and not the apache server's username . I aslo want to know how php can be installed such that it executes the scripts within a maximum of 755 file permissions . Someone please help me with this .

Thanks .
