Apache installation error in linux ,it is throwing following

Hi,
I hav tried to install apache in linux .

[root@domain bin]# ./apachectl start
httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
httpd (pid 5821) already running
[root@domain bin]#
