Any free and open Identity management?

Hello:

I'm looking for a free and open Identity Management.

Need to connect to different repositories: LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle Data Base,..
Also would like it had a tool with easy development of forms to maintain data and, if possible, workflow.
And possibility to have support.

I've found there are many Identity Managements, but I'd like to hear about the experience on them.

Tried (only for a bit) with:
- RedHat/Centos 389 DS , but unable to synchronize Active Directory with 389DS. And it doesn't have a tool to create forms to maintain the data.
- With OpenIAM, but the advanced tool is no free.
- OpenIDM: Not found a tool for developing forms to maintaining data.
...

Please, any suggestion?

Thanks

Thanks for reply.

It's for Intranet users.

I need to synchronize data (and probably passwords) on different repositories: ldap, active directory, database,...
So I need a tool with connectors to different repositories and tools for synchronizing the data.
More than OpenID it would be a SSO. But I don't need a SSO as I already have one. What I need it to connect the SSO to a repository which have all the needed information.

Here there are many Identity Management based on Java:

There are others like RedHat 389 Directory Server, openIAM, openIDM, ... but it's no possible for me to try all, so I'm looking for people who can tell me something about what I'm looking for:
- Identity Management with connectors to different repositories.
- Management based on UI.
- Possibility to develop forms for maintaining data and if possible using a UI.
- Appreciated it has support.

Thanks
