Anti Spam Gateways

I've got a setup of one Postfix MTA, currently only with RBL and SPF checks, and I want to add more anti spam to it. I'm taking a look at a few gateway softwares, and wonder if you guys have any experience or recomendations on the topic. MailScanner, ASSP and Scrollout F1 all seem like good choices.

My installation has ~30 domains and ~200 accounts, all virtual accounts held in a MySQL table.

What would you have done?

It all depends on how "paranoid" your needs are, but this one may be the best software gateway available:

Probably a great product, but I would like to host it myself, and preferably a free and open solution.

Not my really my area, but SpamAssassin seems popular... might be worth a look.
