Mount /what/?
Find out the default port for the network filesystem you intend to use (e.g. in /etc/services or use Google), then (in case it uses TCP for transport, I assume most will do) block SYN packets to this port from any IP-address except the one you want to allow.

You should really know what network filesystem you are using (probably either nfs or cifs, but there ARE others as well), as you need to specify it in your mount command (or for automatic mounts in /etc/fstab).

I don't see any network filesystem here. What are you trying to mount and HOW are you trying it?
