Allocation Linux Server Drive to Windows Drive
 
Hi Team,

i have Two server one is Linux server and Another is Windows server. linux server has 8 TB of Hard drive space in it.
From this 8 TB drive, i have to allocate 1 TB of hard drive space to a Windows server through ISCSI Protocol.

any one please suggest me the best way to get a solution.

reformat 1TB part of the linux drive to NTFS
you do not say WHAT it is ?
(ext2,ext3,ext4, LVM,btfs,.... )

you can not do that from a MS windows box
Microsoft will NOT see or recognize a NON Microsoft drive format .

i have to attach a linux volume to windows server using ISCSI. how can i do that?

You will need to set up your linux server with some form of ISCSI Target software, google it for whatever linux distribution you are using.
