Airprint Print Server from Raspberry Pi
 
I have tried to follow a guide on setting up an air print server for Raspberry Pi and I have set most aspects up:

I have a Dell 2150CDN Color Laserjet printer and have installed the printer using the PPD provided by Dell.

I was originally getting an error message about missing files but I realised I was missing the filter files so I added the following in the necessary folder:

though I uploaded these files using a pi user and it originally came up with permission issues so I added the pi user to the root group (not rule of thumb I know but this is just a home environment so I wasn't so concerned but when trying to print a test page in CUPS it is not working.

Can anyone help me?

I am willing to give more info if necessary.

P.S I am currently getting the following:

DELL_2150CDN Dell Dell 2150cdn Color Printer LANDING Dell 2150cdn Color Printer v1.0 Idle - "File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/Dell_2150_Color_Printer/DLM_MF" has insecure permissions (0100755/uid=1000/gid=1000)."

Is this preventing the print job?

or is it simply not set up correctly at all? Does anyone have any pointers?
