Admin tool similar to services.msc

Dear All,
We administer M$Windows and Linux servers in our network.
I use and prefer a linux desktop to connect to these servers and monitor.
Some of the tools we use to monitor windows servers are rdesktop, vncviewer., etc.,
I am trying to figure out a tool similar to services.msc that I can connect to remote windows servers on the network and restart services. Could you please help me with a solution in linux using which I can connect to remote windows server's services.

Is it possible to run services.msc on wine?

I know this would be a difficult one to figure out, but looking out for a solution.

You can enable telnet natively on windows servers. Alternatively you can setup ssh, is one way.

Agreed, it's not a gui, but you can do almost anything from the command-line, even on windows. It's still more fun than an mmc app.
