Active Directory integration on CentOS 5.9 not working

I have been implementing Active Directory integration into all of our linux servers and was able to get them all working except for one. I am quite confused as to why this is not working and would greatly appreciate any help. The box, as far as I can tell, has successfully been joined to the domain, but logins are not working. I will post some things I think are relevant below for you to review:

Code:
root@cpanel [~]# net ads testjoin
Join is OK

root@cpanel [~]# kinit administrator@ITAS.LOCAL
Password for administrator@ITAS.LOCAL:
root@cpanel [~]#

root@cpanel [~]# wbinfo -u
administrator
... (lists the rest of our users)
...
BUT

Code:
root@cpanel [~]# ssh administrator@127.0.0.1
administrator@127.0.0.1's password:
Permission denied, please try again.
administrator@127.0.0.1's password:

root@cpanel [~]#
Login at console also does the same thing. Again, any direction or solutions would be greatly appreciated

Lightbulb

Not sure, if you will be interested in this, but there is an excellent tool Power Broker Identity Services Open. I am using it in my client's environment for last 3 years.
