Accessing port 6886 through proxied port 80 system

Hey Guys,

Is there any way for me to access my bit torrent interface from my uni computers. They are proxied and only allow access to things on port 80. Whenever I've tried to connect to 6886 it gives me an error.

Is there any way I can get around this?

Regards,

You may try www.anonymouse.ws (a web proxy), but it's almost sure that it's blocked from your uni's proxy.

Probably not, they don't block anything but you can only use port 80. Is there anyway for me to forward the port?

If you have a server, you might run a SSH server on port 80 and use it as a proxy.
