You need to provide more information about your network. Can packets be routed past the squid box or does all HTTP traffic have to pass through it? You'd probably be better off asking your question to your network administrators.

Thats really not he wanted. There should be one squid and that is enough for the network to be secure.
What kind of setup do you have? Where is the setup and why do you need to by-pass it?
If you are doing it for some purpose then you can ask your systems administrator to do it for you.

You're telling us that your network is restricted - you have to go through the proxy server and and you can't make changes to the proxy server?

If that's the case you should be talking to your network and proxy administrators because it's unlikely anyone here will help you get around your organisation's policies. Apart from that you should be searching google for http tunnels and other similar search terms. Be careful though, you can lose your job for doing that in some organisations (including the one I work for).

No. Not really. This is not what we intend to know. What setup do you have? What are the squid policies? And if you want to do it for fun and thinking that your squid administrator will not be aware of it, then beware.
He can very well find out if you are trying to play with the policies of your organization.
And if found, in harsh way, you may be kicked out.
