Aapache directory access login authentication

Want to know how to setup Directory access like so:

Require login IF user isn't inside of a given IP address.

I know of this:

<Directory /...>
Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from 192.168.0

AuthType Basic
AuthName "Password Required"
AuthUserFile /www/passwords/password.file
AuthGroupFile /www/passwords/group.file
Require Group admins
</Directory>

BUT...it is still requiring a password if they are inside of the allowed IP address AND nobody can access it outside of that address.

I just want them to be able to get right in without having to be authenticated IF they are inside the IP address BUT be authenticated if they are outside of that IP address.

Any help would be spectacular.

Thank you so much,

Shawn
