\vi/etc/fstab works fine . vi /etc/fstab throws bash command not found in Rescue mode
 

Hi ,

To fix my server issue .I've tried to rescue the server in rescue mode


#rescue mode
mount -o remount,rw /
#vi /etc/fstab fails \vi /etc/fstab works fine

\vi/etc/fstab works fine . vi /etc/fstab throws bash command not found in Rescue mode

Really need help why does it happens .How to fix it.Does any one has any idea kindly please share it .

Hello,

In this case you should ask for support directly on the distribution forums or the distribution developer's forum. since rescue mode comes inside the distribution disk and there is no way we can repair it.
