Why doesn't SELinux allow to start some services?

This is the error that occur when I start some services:

" Starting httpd: audit(1112616184.008:0): avc: denied { create } for pid=1979
exe=/usr/sbin/cronolog name=OutrasLogs scontext=root:system_r:httpd_t tcontext=r
oot: object_r:httpd_log_t tclass=dir
/var/log/httpd/OutrasLogs: Permission denied
audit(1112616184.182:0): avc: denied { unlink } for pid=1978 exe=/usr/sbin/ht
tpd name=ssl_mutex.1978 dev=sda5 ino=703196 scontext=root:system_r:httpd_t tcont
ext=root: object_r:httpd_log_t tclass=file
audit(1112616184.184:0): avc: denied { create } for pid=1980 exe=/usr/sbin/cr
onolog name=OutrasLogs scontext=root:system_r:httpd_t tcontext=root: object_r:htt
pd_log_t tclass=dir "

To solve this I disable the SELinux on Config System/ Security Level. Then I get start OK.
I need a solution that with SELinux enable I can start services without errors.. How to do?

Thanks.

Hmmm....during my installation....I've set SELinux to "Warn" instead of "enable" or "disable"
