Question why am i not able to connect to the vpn from linux gateway system?

hi every one
i am having a 1Mbps leased line for my office
which has 60-70 systems.which has a linux box as a gateway system. And the clients are windows 2000profetional.if i am trying to connect to the vpn of the remote location it is allowing only one vpn connection.

NOTE: there are no restrictions on the other side to the limit of number of connections.

the OS version is 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4

nither my firwall has any restriction for that.

So can any one give me solution for this so that i can configure my system so that i can resolve it as early as possible
thank's for all in advance
