ICMP doesnt use ports and is totally seperate from TCP and UDP which use ports so I'm not sure what you are asking.

Short for Internet Control Message Protocol, an extension to the Internet Protocol (IP) defined by RFC 792. ICMP supports packets containing error, control, and informational messages. The PING command, for example, uses ICMP to test an Internet connection.

Well some people are calling ICMP types ICMP ports which is wrong by the way. So ICMP port 11 (wrong using of port here) is ICMP type 11. Check http://www.iana.org/assignments/icmp-parameters for the ICMP types.
