What else is there like Ettercap?

What else is there like Ettercap?

It appears development of Ettercap has stopped, are there any similar softwares out there?

I'm not very aware of ettercap, but isn't it more like tcpdump? Not that this has anything to do with whether either tcpdump or wireshark are useful for some particular application.

Ettercap is still used, Debian Sid + Lenny + Squid
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/net/ettercap
