Unhappy using ssh-agent

I am tirying to follow this tutorial but is not working for some reason.

I wonder if anyone can help me out, so I do the following, I create the key: ssh-keygen -t dsa -f ~/.ssh/id_dsa -C "jza@laptop".

Then I copy the key to the remote server:
scp ~/.ssh/id_dsa jza@ghpadmin:.ssh/

Finally I do the following command, which inserts the key into the authorized_keys file.

cat ~/.ssh/ | ssh jza@server 'cat - >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys'

The final step is just doing the signing however instead of asking me for a passphrase it ask me for the general command. So I was supposed to get this:
$ ssh jza@server
      Enter passphrase for DSA key '': ^D
instead I got this:
$ ssh jza@server
      jza@server's password:
So what did I miss for not getting the passphrase instead of the password.

I'd recommend looking at this tutorial as well: If you still have troubles with it, post back.

dsa, key, ssh, sshagent
