let say that I`m sharing my DSL for ToR Project. Few days ago I have read an article that Police closed some Tor Gateways because of suspected hacking attacks. Could You please explain me, what will happend if I will enable Relay option in Tor ? Is that means that somebody to hide his a... will use my IP ?
If I good understand, when I`m sharing my DSL, my IP could be use to share traffic, but also could be use to create last step of this connection. I mean, my IP could be used to send HTTP request to the target server (BOB).Let say that this machine is monitoring by Police. Police officer could check logs and ask me about this connection ? Right ?

Honestly, the best people to ask about legal advice would be a lawyer in your country/city. It's such a gray-area these days, and has been interpreted differently in different locales, even here in the US.

Sure but you can be a non-exit relay. By setting an exit policy you can deny users reaching any services through your relay. While you're at it also see How to Run a Secure Tor Server.
