TCP flaw questions, Red Hat

Hey guys, question about TCP flaws, kinda old vuln.

Kernel: 2.4.21-4.0.1.EL

http://archives.neohapsis.com/archiv...2-10/0266.html

I need to know if the latest kernel fixes this issue.
Also, is there anyone who has some IPTABLES that restrict this sort of activity.

Thank you.
