sshd error?


I just edited my sshd_config file and Im getting this error when restarting.

[root@host ssh]# service sshd restart
Stopping sshd:[ OK ]
Starting sshd:/etc/ssh/sshd_config line 23: Deprecated option RhostsAuthentication
[ OK ]

within the file I have RhostsAuthentication set to no...


is this error something to worry about?

what is think is that
Deprecated option RhostsAuthentication

this opton has been depreciatd that it is no longer being used in this version of sshd

Yup, masand is correct. Just comment out that line and the next time you restart sshd, it won't give you that info message.
