Spyware (in the Windows sense) is normally not an issue on Linux. The Linux security model makes infection extremely difficult--not impossible, but extremely difficult.
What leads you to think you may have spyware?
AVG, Avast, and several other outfits make free AV software available for Linux, but you will find that many experienced Linux users do not feel it's necessary. I do run AVG for Linux, because I trust no one, you hear me, no one! This article might be useful; a search for "linux spyware" will turn up many more useful links.

Reason: Correction
Good day, how can I find software to remove or neutralize spyware and malware from my desktop, Eee PC, in Mint 17? Or any distro even Fedora...?
As others said : plese describe in detail what you're experiencing or what you've found. Other than that "malware" shouldn't be removed or "neutralized" without understanding the infection vector, the impact of the software (in terms of credential leeching, siphoning other data off the system etc, etc) and for how long it was allowed to run undetected.
