spoofed packeting


i was wondering if there was a way to get a spoofed packet past my ISP? i want to be able to create packets and send them out, but my isp filters them all out, i get 100% packet loss! is there any way to bypass them without getting a shell account?

try hping so you can make your packets with this

ah yes, that's actually the program i've been using! very good for making the packets, but still the isp blocks
