solution to prevent arp spoofing

Hi,
I manage a dhcp server, and I would like to prevent any user from setting a specific ip adress.
In that case, I would likethe user, with an unauthorized / unlisted MAC address, to be "isolated" on the LAN.
What kind of software can I use?

Thankyou

I'd also suggest checking out arpwatch just for detecting a situation like this.
