Slackware configuration files for security

Almost everything I read abot Linux security is RedHat oriented, but I'd like to apply some hacks in my slackware and I can't find the equivalent config file. Well, that's my question: does anybody know Slackware's equivalents of Red Hat /etc/pam.d and /etc/security folders and its files? I've found some files that do the same job, but not all them, and I don't know how to configure, for instance, the password manager for minimum password length.

(Sorry for my english...)

Slackware doesn't use PAM auth.

So how can I set a minimum length for passwords in Slackware?

With user root : in ~/.login.defs you have an item which is PASS_MIN_LEN (man login.defs)
