Unhappy Skip fingerprint prompt in SSH

Hi,

I am trying to automate scp file transfer without using password on SSH. I installed public key on host and server etc etc. But every time host tries to talk to a new machine for the first time, it prompts for fingerprint information, on command line I just hit "yes" and it will create entry in the known_hosts file as you all know, but I can not do this in the code and want to eliminate this or skip this, is there a way to do so? (without manually update/modify the known_hosts file )

Thanks much
Dave

check the StrictHostKeyChecking option in the ssh_config manpage.
