Setup user over rides for user parameters such as Min PW Length.
 
This is a small closed group of systems that are not using external authentication. Using all local files for account setup. Have setup the default value for all users for Min PW Length, but need to know what file to edit to setup individual user overrides for this parameter.

I would depend.

RH6 uses /etc/security/pam_cracklib
RH7 uses /etc/security/pwquality
