sendmail antivirus and attachment filters?

Does anyone know of or use a virus scanner or filter for sendmail.? I'm using 8.11.<i forget>. I would like to filter out attachments with certain extensions and possibly scan for embedded VB Script/ActiveX viruses.

Any help would be great.

Note: Please don't tell me to type 'sendmail antivirus' in google, I don't need help using search engines.
