Security problem about a provider.

Hello all.
I want to know how can I find something about a provider. For example, I use a VPN service but how can I understand their sniffing my traffic or not !!! is any way exist?

In Firefox addons, install adblock edge and on the next tab that open about Easylist there is an extra subscription (free) that stops all reportying of your internet activities to the server.

You can't. The traffic that goes through them can be read and not altered along the way, so you don't really have any idea whether or not they are checking your traffic. If you have such concern, better start researching on encryption software such as SSH.
