Unhappy rsh permission denied

I want to Unix server ufsdump to linux local tape
when send other users(Unix server) rsh command to linux machine it's ok.
but when send to super user rsh command to linux machine write ''permission denied''
example :
galaxy= Unix (solaris 2.8) server
pegasus1:linux workstation

galaxy:geoframe> rsh pegasus1 mt -f /dev/st2 stat
SCSI 2 tape drive:
File number=0, block number=0, partition=0.
Tape block size 0 bytes. Density code 0x26 (DDS-4 or QIC-4GB).
Soft error count since last status=0
General status bits on (41010000):
BOT ONLINE IM_REP_EN
_____________________________________________________________________
galaxy:geoframe> su
Password:
# rsh pegasus1 mt -f /dev/st2 stat
Permission denied.

For security reasons, rexec, rsh, and rlogin are not enabled by default. To allow root to use these tools, add the names of the tools you wish to allow to the /etc/securetty. If you wanted to enable root login using rexec, rsh, and rlogin, add the following lines to /etc/securetty:

rexec
rsh
rlogin

To allow root to log in using these tools via telnet (an even worse idea but necessary in some environments), add a few more lines:

pts/0
pts/1
