Question routing with iptables


I have a linux server (RH7.1) with net cards two, one with a IP public (eth0 = 161.132.182.141) and other with IP private (eth1 = 10.10.10.1), eth1 link a internal network (PCs = 10.10.10.2/20), i need to open these ports :
Outgoing TCP:
12053
12083

Incoming TCP:
12053
12083

using iptables, as I make it ?
