Question routing with iptables

I have a linux server (RH7.1) with net cards two, one with a IP public (eth0 = and other with IP private (eth1 =, eth1 link a internal network (PCs =, i need to open these ports :
Outgoing TCP:

Incoming TCP:

using iptables, as I make it ?
