restrict/allow ssh users

Hello,

I'm running RedHat 9. I need to allow certain users access to ssh, and restrict everyone else. I don't want to restrict IP addresses with IPTABLES or public/private keys. It seems there should be a simple way to do this.

Thanks!

I also found some helpful info on /etc/pam.d/sshd:
