Remote: Your host is not permitted to use this key for login.

Hello all,

I am ruining a backup job which uses authorized_keys to ssh to each host and do a backup job. One server will not allow the backup server to ssh with the following message:
Remote: Your host is not permitted to use this key for login.
I appended the following to the key"no-agent-forwarding,from="server.domain.com"
if i take those out the ssh works fine and the backup server is able to login that server if i leave them in the key i get the above error.
all server are using the same key with the above option and they all allow ssh key login except this one server. All linux rhel

any suggestions will be appreciated

Thanks

check the permissions of the keys and the directories that hold them. If anyone other than the user can view or modify the keys, they are invalid.
