Proxies

Can anyone give me an idea of which proxy to use?

I have 30 users and I want to restrict Internet access to http and mail only. I also want to log websites users are going to and lock-out porn, etc sites. It would be nice to be able to restrict usage times or Mbytes used as well. I dont really need Firewall as the router is doing that.

I am using a PII 366, 128 mb, total 2.8 gb HDD, Mandrake 8.0
It has 2 lan cards and I would like to position this unit between our switch (ie internal network) and out ADSL Router.

Thanks for any suggestions.
